Disclaimer

So here is the deal: I am no wizard, doctor, or nutritionist, nor do I have any formal cooking expertise; therefore,  I do not guarantee that if you cook exactly as I do that you won’t get sick/have a reaction.  I personally have had success with each of the recipes I’ve posted.  I do recognize,  however, that everyone is unique and different individuals struggle with different reactions to different items with differing levels of allergen presence.  I do not knowingly cook with gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, oats, tomatoes, peanuts, and corn; nonetheless, it is imperative that you always read labels and check with manufacturers whenever you come across ingredients which cause doubt as to whether or not they contain an allergen/sensitivity for you.  As we allergy suffers all learn, you have to be your own detective!  I’m just one allergy girl trying to show other allergy guys and girls how to begin eating ‘normal’ food again, even with allergies, so please don’t rely on me for ensuring your health.  Happy Cooking!
